  • 02Sorting repetitive emails
  • 03Turning meetings into tasks
  • 04Processing documents and forms
  • 05Preparing recurring reports
  • 06Answering the same internal questions

LESS BUSYWORK. MORE BUSINESS.

You don’t need more AI tools.
You need to know where AI actually belongs in your business.

Most businesses can experiment with ChatGPT, automations and new AI tools themselves. The difficult part is knowing which workflows are worth improving.

Where can AI create meaningful value? What is safe and practical? What should stay human — and what should be implemented first?

Granat Systems starts with the business process, not the technology.

FROM OPPORTUNITY TO EVERYDAY USE

We don’t start with AI.
We start with your business.

  1. 01

    Find

We learn how your business operates and identify repetitive, expensive or frustrating workflows.

Leadership conversations, team input where appropriate, and a review of workflows and existing tools.

  2. 02

    Prioritize

We create your AI Opportunity Map and rank opportunities by potential business impact, practicality, difficulty and risk.

Not every process should use AI. We identify what stays human, privacy considerations, and what to implement first.

  3. 03

    Implement

We select the strongest practical first opportunity together and put it to work inside your business.

Appropriate setup and integrations, testing, team training, documentation, and 30 days of initial optimization/support.

No random AI projects. No technology for technology’s sake.

You don’t leave with a presentation about AI.You leave knowing where AI belongs in your business — with the first opportunity already implemented.

If the initial audit doesn’t uncover meaningful AI opportunities that we both believe are worth pursuing, we won’t force an implementation.
Your roadmap also gives us a starting point for future implementation and ongoing optimization, if you choose to continue.

BUSINESS FIRST. AI SECOND.

Business process first.
Technology second.

We start with how work moves through your organization, not a particular AI tool.

Where does time go?Where are opportunities missed?Where does information get stuck? What needs human judgment?

Then we choose technology to fit the business problem — and keep people in control where judgment matters.

BUSINESS FIRST. AI SECOND.

AI implementation needs business judgment.

Granat Systems was founded by Matthew Granat after more than a decade working across finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, internal controls and business operations.

That experience shapes how we approach AI.

We don’t begin with a tool and search for somewhere to use it. We begin with the business — how work gets done, where time disappears, where opportunities are missed, and where better systems could make a meaningful difference.

Business process first. Technology second.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What makes Granat Systems different?

We start with how your business operates, not a particular AI tool. Matthew’s finance and operations background shapes how we prioritize opportunities, keep human judgment where it matters, and implement a practical first system.

Do I need new software?

Not necessarily. We start with the tools your business already uses and add new tools only when there is a clear reason.

Will AI make decisions on its own?

High-impact actions should have appropriate human approval. We design approval points where judgment, money, customer commitments, privacy, or business risk are involved.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

We work with owner-led businesses and organizations, including trades and contractors, professional services, agencies, property/service businesses, nonprofits and admin-heavy organizations. The fit depends on your workflows, not just your industry.

What if I don't know what I want automated?

That's what we figure out together. The Opportunity Call is a conversation about your business and whether the program is a fit. The founding engagement includes a deeper audit, a prioritized roadmap, and a first implementation.

Will this replace my employees?

Our focus is improving repetitive workflows, not reducing headcount. Better systems let people spend more time on work requiring judgment, relationships, creativity and expertise.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the systems selected, integrations, access, and complexity. We establish the implementation scope after the audit.
